For example, COL Heppner states while virtually eliminated in North America, malaria is on the resurgence in Africa and South East Asia. There is inadequate prevention. Bed nets saves lives, but are under used. Indoor DDT spraying saves lives, but is not adequately used. Affordable drugs are not effective and effective drugs are not affordable. There is no vaccine yet. IMG_5934.JPG=Lynchburg President Ken Price, COL Gray Heppner M.D., Ed McCann and District Trustee David Heppner.
