Governor's Messageby Gov. Don Dudey The Capital District recently lost a wonderful Kiwanian, Warren Kane. Warren died from pancreatic cancer after only a short illness. Trustee Brian Bell wrote some lovely sentiments regarding Warren:

The Forrest Elementary K Kids, Hampton VA, laid stepping stones at the front of the school on May 19. The stones will allow people to get from the parking lot to the school without having to walk on the wet grass after a rain. This club is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Mercury 64 in Hampton. |
On April 10, 2020, for Kiwanis One Day, members of the Kiwanis Club of LaPlata, LaPlata High School Key Club, Milton Somers Builders Club and various members of their families, joined forces to do some sprucing up and clean up work at Gilbert Run, a local park. |
